What workso is

workso is a HarmonyOS app built for work settings. It puts four things in one app:

• Video recording: dual-camera watermark recording (front camera picture-in-picture), with time, place, weather, altitude and identity information written into the picture.
• Scanning: document scanning with OCR, ID scanning (anti-counterfeit watermark, handwritten signature, identity verification) and sending scans by email.
• AI office: skill templates (contracts, official notices, meeting minutes, summaries, forms), document recognition and conversion, an AI chat assistant and presentation decks.
• Work diary: photo and text entries with daily, weekly and monthly reports, exported as Word or HTML.

Three things we hold to

• No sign-up, no login: we do not collect phone numbers, set passwords or bind third-party accounts.
• Footage stays on your phone: recordings and scans are saved on the device. We do not upload footage, and we run no business server that could store it.
• Recording and scanning are free forever: recording, photos, document scanning and ID scanning have no limit on how often or how long you use them, and carry no ads.
