Video, photos, document scanning and ID scanning are free forever, with no limit on count or length and no ads in the free version. Pricing for the other features is still being decided, so we are not saying more than we can commit to today.

Free forever vs still being decided

The left column is what we can commit to today; the features on the right still work, but their pricing is not final. Once it is decided we will publish it here and in the app.

Free forever (committed)

  • Dual-camera watermarked video, photos, recent-file preview, in-app playback
  • All watermark items: date and time, weekday, GPS, weather, altitude, identity, PIP
  • Document scanning with automatic correction and OCR text recognition
  • ID scanning (anti-counterfeit watermark, handwritten signature, verification)
  • Sending scans by email and managing scanned files
  • Service widget, dark mode, multilingual interface

Pricing still being decided

  • Contract drafting, official notices, work summaries, transfers, leave requests
  • Document recognition and conversion, AI chat assistant, presentation documents
  • Meeting notes (on-device transcription + AI minutes)
  • Work diary and daily, weekly and monthly report export

The pricing and free scope of these features is not final yet; whatever we decide, “recording and scanning are free forever” will not change.

How to subscribe, how to cancel

    Open Member Centre from Me in the app, pick a plan and pay through Huawei IAP.

    ② Cancel

    Tap Manage subscription in Member Centre to open the system subscription page, or use Settings → Huawei ID → Subscriptions on the phone.

    ③ Expiry and refunds

    After cancelling, the current period stays active until it ends; refunds follow AppGallery rules.

Which features are free forever?
Recording and scanning: video, photos (including the dual-camera watermark and every watermark item), document scanning, ID scanning and sending scans by email, all with no limit on count or length.
Can I use the other features for free now?
Most of them can be used right now, but their pricing and free scope are not final yet, so we do not promise that they are permanently free. See Member Centre in the app for what is shown today.
Will recording and scanning become paid later?
No. Recording and scanning are committed as free forever; they will not become paid, and no limit on count or length will be added.
Why are some features paid?
AI generation features such as contract drafting and meeting minutes carry ongoing model and device computing costs; membership revenue covers them so the app can keep being maintained.
