Private skills

Turn the formats of your organisation into your own skills

Define fields and output requirements with a questionnaire-style wizard to create a skill that is yours alone; you can also copy a built-in skill and adapt it. Private skills are stored as JSON in the app sandbox and are never uploaded.

Large language model

Choose your own model; the key stays on your phone

workso is not tied to any model provider: enter an OpenAI-compatible endpoint (such as DeepSeek) and your own API key. The key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM in the secure storage of this phone and never passes through our servers.

  • You configure the endpoint and key; change or delete them any time
  • Conversations go straight to your endpoint; we do not relay or keep them
  • An endpoint outside your region means cross-border transfer; the app says so
  • Speech transcription runs on the device; audio is never uploaded
  • Meeting notes is a paid feature, pricing not yet final; others follow Member Centre

Questions

About the AI features

Can I use it without configuring a model?
Yes. Recording, photos, scanning and the work diary do not depend on a model at all; only generative features such as AI chat, contract drafting and minutes need an endpoint.
Can I use AI output as it is?
Please review it before use. Skill templates constrain the output to formal document structures and forbid invented details, but for contracts, official notices and other legal documents you still confirm the facts and clauses yourself.
Is audio uploaded for transcription?
No. Speech transcription for meeting notes runs on the phone and audio is never uploaded; only the transcript, after you confirm it, is sent to the model endpoint you configured to produce the minutes.
